OK App, but can never load my medical card :(

UPDATE: AS PROMISED I'm updating my review to reflect that every bit of the update pushed 7/ix/nineteen the medical bill of fare doesn't load in the app Just I am at least able to add it to my apple wallet. Non a 5 star update, merely I am ok with giving this 4 stars now. Give thanks YOU DEVELOPERS AND TEAM!! My original review is below.

The app is functional and does an effective job of letting you know your claims and electric current plan limits (deductible and out of pocket).

Notwithstanding, I can't load my carte which would exist enough for me to give the app iv/five stars but it seems I tin can't get anyone to help me fix. Can dev assistance? I would gladly update my review to reverberate that devs help customers and fixed bug I am encountering.

BCBS major failure

DO Not USE THIS APP. Information technology's a major development failure. Nothing always works. Don't take my give-and-take for information technology. Look at the review history on how often this app failed. It constantly leaves you to calling directly to become answers and the lines are ever clogged. If I was BCBS I would be suing the developer for breach of contract as it'south a P.O.Due south. I have never been able to log in. BCBS, do not annunciate a platform and route people to use it when it'southward a catastrophic failure. This app and its power is a representation of the management group for BCBS and their lack of respect for the people that are trying to navigate the gross injustice of the american health care system. If the only platform that works is a desktop version, say so. Stop asking hopeful Americans to use something when it'south non proven to exist effective and working. We're tired of developers dropping initial garbage onto consumers with the expectation of set up as you become instead of proper testing and correction prior to release. Would you lot buy a refrigerator that has the potential of not chilling your food and requires service several times earlier it is finally running correctly? Are we supposed to "await" to absorb the toll of rotten foods so yous can become to marketplace? Is that a fair expectation? Pull the app. Become information technology right kickoff, then release to public for utilize. The current arroyo your using makes BCBS await similar extremely incompetent fools. There no other data on them ex. rating, specialty, who they cater to, etc. which leaves you lot to have to google information technology and god preclude yous do that at the same time, because if y'all attempt it resets the app and here you are beginning your search once more and back at footstep ane! I am not the kind of person who chooses a provider because their name sounds absurd. I desire to know a little more than details then that my fourth dimension and theirs isn't being wasted! I don't know, if you lot're going to develop an app to make things "more convenient and accessible" then you should actually do that or don't give the selection at all.
